Yes. Myshwel has direct access to in-house jewellery manufacturing in Mumbai, allowing us to maintain greater control over design, craftsmanship, quality and finishing.

Yes. You can share a picture, screenshot, sketch or link to a design you love. Our designers will use it as inspiration to create a bespoke design for you.

Yes. You can share a link to a design from another website. We will use it as inspiration to create your own Myshwel piece.

We use your reference as inspiration. The final design may differ because of manufacturing requirements, proportions, stone availability, structural considerations and other technical factors. We may also decline requests that could infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.

Our designers generally provide four design views within 48 hours, free of charge.

Yes. You can request unlimited revisions during the design stage, subject to technical feasibility.

We generally aim to complete requested revisions within 24 hours.

No. The initial design service is provided free of charge.

You pay only after the design and specifications are finalized and you are ready to proceed with manufacturing.

Our standard diamond offering is lab-grown diamonds. Natural diamonds are available on request.

Yes. Our standard colour/clarity options include E–VVS2 and above and F–VS1 and above, while specific requirements can be discussed directly with our team.

IGI certification is our default for applicable certified diamonds. The centre diamond in engagement rings and lab-grown diamonds of 1 carat and above are IGI certified. The certificate is provided with your jewellery.

Our customization tool currently focuses on green emeralds, available in natural and lab-grown options. If you are looking for another gemstone, contact our team to explore available options.

Yes. Ring sizes are fully customizable. If you are unsure about your ring size, our team can guide you through the measurement process.

Yes. The price updates based on the specifications you select, including factors such as metal choice, diamond specifications, gemstones, and ring size.

Yes. The applicable final price is shown based on your selected specifications before you proceed with payment.

Yes. Our jewellery is manufactured in-house in Mumbai, giving us complete control over quality and finishing.

Our standard manufacturing timeline for custom jewellery is 8–10 business days from payment confirmation. Complex designs may require additional time.

You can request changes after payment, and we will do our best to accommodate them. If manufacturing has already started, any additional costs will depend on the stage of production and incurred material costs. We will always try to find the best possible solution in your favor.

Before payment, you can cancel freely. After payment, cancellation may still be possible, but if manufacturing has begun, costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Myshwel currently accepts online payments only through Razorpay or other displayed payment gateways at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Yes. Myshwel currently delivers across India. International delivery is not currently available.

Yes. Our jewellery is shipped with transit insurance, subject to insurance terms and conditions.

We use trusted logistics arrangements including Sequel Logistics and our own delivery team where applicable.

Contact us immediately with photos and videos of the package and piece. We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening the sealed package to verify condition upon delivery.

No. We do not offer returns simply for change of mind, particularly on custom-made pieces. Returns or replacements are available for qualifying issues attributable to Myshwel under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligible return, replacement, and exchange requests must be raised within 10 working days of delivery.

You can request resizing within 10 working days. Resizing labor is free. If the incorrect size was due to an error by Myshwel, we will also bear the shipping costs.

Yes. Myshwel offers a Lifetime Warranty on eligible jewellery which includes complimentary cleaning, polishing, repair labor, diamond resetting labor, and resizing labor.

Note: Replacement stones/metals are chargeable. Loss, theft, third-party repairs, accidental damage, chemical damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the exact same chemical composition, optical brilliance, and crystal structure as natural diamonds; the only difference is their origin.

Our direct connection to in-house manufacturing eliminates unnecessary intermediaries, allowing us to offer direct-from-factory pricing for your custom selections.

Yes. Applicable gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked according to government standards. Silver pieces are offered in verified 925 sterling silver.
