3 Pricing, Dynamic Quotes & Payments

All prices listed on the site or provided in custom quotes are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise, and include applicable GST unless noted.

• Precious Metal & Gemstone Fluctuations: Due to continuous market fluctuations in gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones, custom quotes provided by Myshwel remain valid for a limited period specified on the quotation. Prices are locked upon full payment or deposit receipt.
• Dynamic Customizer Pricing: When using our website customization tools, pricing updates based on your selected parameters (metal karat, diamond carat/clarity, gemstone type). Final pricing is locked at checkout.
• Errors: In the rare event of a pricing or typographic error on the site or quote, Myshwel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders placed at the incorrect price after notifying you.

4 Product Authenticity & Standards

Myshwel manufactures fine jewellery utilizing 14K, 18K, and 22K gold, 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, lab-grown diamonds, and natural or lab-grown emeralds and gemstones.

• BIS Hallmarking: Applicable gold and precious metal items are hallmarked according to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations.
• Diamond Certification: Qualifying natural and lab-grown diamonds are accompanied by official IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificates or equivalent recognized laboratory grading reports.
• Natural Variations: Gemstones and natural diamonds may exhibit subtle inherent variations in color, tone, inclusions, and shade. These natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects.

5 Intellectual Property & Submissions

All content on this website—including images, branding, copy, customizer tool designs, logos, and CAD renderings created by our team—is the exclusive property of Myshwel.

When you submit images, sketches, links, or ideas to us for bespoke creation ("Customer Submissions"), you warrant that you own or have the rights to use the submitted material, and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property. Myshwel retains ownership of the specific CAD files, manufacturing molds, and 3D technical files produced by our workshop.

6 Returns, Exchanges & Lifetime Warranty

All requests for returns, exchanges, or replacements are subject to our 10-working-day policy defined in our Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy.

Ongoing care, resizing, and polishing services are governed exclusively by our Lifetime Warranty Policy. Any alterations or repairs performed by third-party jewellers void all warranty protections.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myshwel, its founder Karan Hirpara, directors, and workshop employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from site usage, logistics delays, or improper handling of products after delivery.

In all cases, Myshwel’s maximum total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific piece of jewellery giving rise to the claim.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or in connection with Myshwel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
